How to participate (see also Starter Kit for more details):
Start path
- CTL Quick-start AI Workshop (Marshall Room): Monday, December 8, 3:30–4:30 p.m. [Completed]
- Quick consult (start or finish) (15–30 min): 1:1 or tiny-group if you can’t attend the workshop.
Request a consult via the Intake & Submission Form → “Quick consult (start or finish)” and offer two times in the next 5–7 days.
Finish path
- CTL Finalize & Submit Workshop (45–60 min): TBA.
- Quick consult (finish): short follow-up to finalize and submit.
Submit an assignment update (for stipend)

Choose “Submit assignment update (for stipend)” Submission checklist:
- your policy line (GYR),
- the AI Use Disclosure prompt,
- two evidence items you preselect from the menu (with 1–2 sentence student instructions),
- a 5–10% grading method (rubric criterion, grading guide, or simple points), and
- the paste-ready Moodle Description block.We will mark complete (for stipend) after a light review. No AI detectors are used.
Stipends
$250 per assignment update marked complete; cap $500 per faculty.
Optional premium AI tool track – BoodleBox
- BoodleBox is a faculty-only AI workflow tool that turns prompts into reusable “recipes” for course tasks (e.g., draft an assignment policy block, build a rubric/guide starter, generate quiz stems). Pilot guardrails: vendor login for now; no student work or personal identifiers.
- Request a seat via the Intake & Submission Form → “Request premium seat (BoodleBox AI)” and note any additional questions under “Brief description…”. Seats are limited.
- Vendor demo: Tue Dec 9, 2:00–2:50 (online). Additional demos may be added. Request a recording link from krajewsk@augsburg.edu.
Privacy and guardrails
- Use approved tools only; vendor login may be required for the pilot.
- Do not upload any work that contains personal identifiers (for example: names, ID numbers, email addresses) to external AI tools.
- No AI detectors.
