Classroom Services
Classroom Services is a part of the Information Technology Department, and is led by the Classroom and Presentation Spaces Technology Manager.
Every general purpose classroom on campus is equipped with projection, a Windows computer that can play DVDs, speakers, and a document camera / web camera.

The Augsburg TechDesk will be closed for the holidays December 22 – January 1. Submitted issues & requests will be addressed beginning January 2nd.

Our areas of responsibility include:
Provide training, support and maintenance of classroom technology (data projectors and other classroom A/V, computer labs)
Coordinate with the Office of the Dean, University Events, Facilities Management and other campus stakeholders to plan additional informal and formal teaching and learning spaces
