What this is

One place to grab the Starter Kit, request an optional BoodleBox seat, and submit artifacts for quick QC while the CTL Hub is finalized.

Starter Kit

Optional premium AI tool track – BoodleBox

  • A time-limited, faculty-only pilot of an AI workflow tool for structured prompting and reusable workflows (pilot; not a new LMS)
  • Vendor login for now; campuswide approval is not implied
  • No student work or PII may be uploaded

Request a BoodleBox seat:

  • Use the Intake Form: https://forms.gle/ztxwNyiKYFfSTZ7o8
  • In the form choose “Premium seat (faculty-only)” under “I need…”, and indicate “BoodleBox” under “Brief description…”

Submit an artifact for Quality Control (QC) (interim)

  • Use the Intake Form: https://forms.gle/ztxwNyiKYFfSTZ7o8
  • Choose “Faculty badge (pilot)…” and write “Artifact for QC – [course/assignment]” under “Brief description…”; upload a file (preferred) or paste a view-only share link (Augsburg-only)
  • We will tag “QC Approved” and record badge credit

Badge and micro-grants

  • Badge issued after attending Spring department insert and one QC-approved artifact; early QC can happen now.
  • Micro-grants: $250 per QC-approved artifact, cap $500 per faculty
  • No AI detectors

Workshops

  • One workshop: Tue Dec 2 or Tue Dec 9 – times and modality (virtual/in-person) TBD

Privacy and guardrails

  • Use approved tools only; vendor login may be required
  • Do not upload student work or personally identifiable information (PII)
