- The CLASS Office partners with the campus community to promote access and inclusion for student with disabilities.
- The CLASS website includes a For Faculty page with guidance about accommodating students’ needs.
- The Moodle Community site offers additional materials about employing Universal Instructional Design principles in your course prep.
- The Faculty Moodle Resources site provides lots of useful tips about creating course content in Moodle, including information about how to make that content more accessible.
- Augsburg also subscribes to Atomic Learning–a collection of online tutorials including:
- Accessible Instruction: Every Educator’s Responsibility a 6.5 minute long video that summarizes the legal responsibility of faculty to make their college courses accessible.
- Accessibility: It is important an online workshop about the legal requirements for accessibility and practical instruction on creating accessible course content.
- The Accessibility at Augsburg Committee was instituted to advance the College’s commitment to physical, instructional, and technological accessibility to all students, staff, faculty, and guests of Augsburg College.
