Open Enrollment: November 3 – November 16
Open Enrollment is passive this year – if you do not submit updated information, change, or waive your coverage, you will have the same coverage as 2025. However, if there are no elections to your Flexible Spending Accounts (healthcare, limited purpose, or dependent care) or Health Savings Account, your elections will be zero for the 2026 benefit year.

Information Sessions
Human Resources will facilitate three general open enrollment sessions. These one-hour sessions will be conducted via Zoom, with one session recorded.

- 11/6, 9:00 AM – General Open Enrollment Session (Zoom link to be provided)
- 11/6, 3:30 PM – Computer Lab, Sverdrup 201 (open enrollment help)
- 11/11, 9:00 AM – Computer Lab Sverdrup 201 (open enrollment help)

Submit your Open Enrollment Elections
Starting on November 3, the Open Enrollment form will be active for the 2026 elections.
To access the open enrollment form (provided through Consituo), navigate to Inside Augsburg > Administrative tasks > Open Enrollment.
When completing your FSA or HSA election, make sure that you are using your annual election amount. There are 24 pay periods in which your benefits will be deducted from your pay.
