• Tax Year 2025 W-2 Errors – W-2s in Batch #03776 that include Plus GTL in the gross pay calculations contain errors. This impacts regular faculty and staff employed at over 0.75 FTE during 2025.
  Corrected W-2s are in Batch #04214 for affected employees.
• Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave – January 1, 2026
  New paid leave benefits, payroll deduction
  Updates to new parent leave, short-term disability
• Roth Retirement Contributions – January 1, 2026
  Available to all employees for retirement plan contributions. Required for catch-up contributions for employees whose earnings exceed $150,000.
