• ACA 1095-C Form – Employees may access their 1095-C through Unit4 (Agresso) Web. Former employees may request a copy of form 1095-C by emailing hr@augsburg.edu
• Tax Year 2025 W-2 Errors – Regular faculty and staff employed at over 0.75 FTE during 2025 should use W-2 in batch #04214 . W-2s in Batch #03776 that include Plus GTL in the gross pay calculations contain errors.
• Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave – January 1, 2026
  New paid leave benefits, payroll deduction
  Updates to new parent leave, short-term disability
• Roth Retirement Contributions – January 1, 2026
  Available to all employees for retirement plan contributions. Required for catch-up contributions for employees whose earnings exceed $150,000.
