Guest and visitor parking is extremely limited. Work with your event planner to determine if on-campus parking will be available for your group before discussing parking with prospective attendees and/or confirming a date for your event. Parking cannot be guaranteed.

Street Parking Closures
In very limited circumstances, street parking may be made available for event parking. To make arrangements, coordinate with your event planner. Decisions regarding street closures are made by the City of Minneapolis and must be approved at least 48 hours in advance.
Valet
If you’d like to consider valet parking for your event, you should discuss this option with your event planner. Availability of valet parking is dependent upon access to lots on campus and is only made available in limited circumstances. If valet parking services are utilized, a license and bonded provider must be utilized and contracted through University Events. Use of students, staff or other volunteers for valet service is strictly prohibited.
All costs related to providing valet services are the responsibility of the event host.
Off-Campus Parking
Limited access to off-campus parking in the surrounding neighborhood may be able to be arranged. Prior to advertising access to any local parking (ramps or street parking), please coordinate with your event planner and DPS to discuss options. Unless otherwise approved, we do not have authorization to advertise parking at local ramps for Augsburg University events.
Lot J
Parking access in Lot J is coordinated and approved by the Admissions Department.
