Our Charge

With its work aligned to strategic priorities of the Augsburg150 plan, OPE builds trusted relationships and works directly with units across the institution to cultivate data-driven effectiveness practices. OPE incorporates and expands on traditional institutional research efforts to address broader goals of strategic alignment, planning, and effectiveness.

The Office of Planning and Effectiveness (OPE) is responsible for a broad agenda of institutional research, planning, and assessment efforts in support of the university’s mission and strategic plan.
