Daily A-mail
- Submit through the A-mail Submission Form. Your entry will be published in the next day’s A-mail.
- Post stories about department events, faculty or student accomplishments, grants, awards, scholarships, etc.
- Focus on events relevant to Auggies and include basic information such as dates, times, deadlines, and locations
- Posts should be 150-250 words
- May be edited by Marketing and Communication
- Submission can not be scheduled to run consecutively
- No images allowed
Printed invitations and postcards for external audiences
- May be designed by Marketing and Communication
- Pay for printing and postage from your budget
- Submit a New Project request (right side of this webpage)
- Please allow up to 6 weeks for design and printing
Digital screens
- Published by Marketing and Communication
- Preferred method of promoting events for on-campus audiences
- Submit a Project Request
- Please submit two weeks prior to event
- Can change daily
- No cost
- 15-20 screens at a time, 8 seconds viewing time for each screen
Your department webpage
- Research shows that the official College website is the primary place prospective students and parents go to learn about the College
- Post information about ongoing programs, faculty accomplishments, grants, awards, and events

- Reserve display/vendor table at sites.augsburg.edu/events

- Social media can be a supporting manner in which to share your department’s story
