The following dates correspond to the IRB meetings where Full Review Proposals will be discussed.  Proposals for full review must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the meetings (by noon on the due date). The following schedule includes the IRB meeting date (the first date) and the submission deadline (the second date).  (Proposals submitted as Expedited or Exempt review do not need to adhere to the dates published as they are reviewed in an on-going basis.)

Fall 2024 Schedule

• October 18  (Proposals due October 11)
• November 15 (Proposals due November 8)
• December 20 (Proposals due December 13)

Spring 2025 Schedule

• February 14 (Proposals due February 7)
• March 14 (Proposals due March 7)
• April 11 (Proposals due April 4)
