The following dates correspond to the IRB meetings where Full Review Proposals will be discussed.  Proposals for full review must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the meetings (by noon on the due date). The following schedule includes the IRB meeting date (the first date) and the submission deadline (the second date).  (Proposals submitted as Expedited or Exempt review do not need to adhere to the dates published as they are reviewed in an on-going basis.)

Fall 2025 Schedule

• October 17  (Proposals due October 10)
• November 14 (Proposals due November 7)
• December 19 (Proposals due December 12)

Spring 2026 Schedule

• February 13 (Proposals due February 6)
• March 13 (Proposals due March 6)
• April 10 (Proposals due April 3)
