• A roof leak in Si Melby caused an ice arena equipment outage. The rinks are offline for the rest of March as a result so repairs can be made. A crew has been working to clear the ice and water down to the cement base. The rink ice will be replaced after the control equipment is repaired.
• A first-floor men’s restroom toilet overflowed clean water leading to flooding Thursday afternoon in Memorial Hall. A cleaning crew was on site Friday to clean floors, wipe walls down and disinfect to make sure the areas impacted are cleaned thoroughly.

As previously noted:

• The final phase of mechanical HVAC work at Christensen Center continues.
• Two lights in front of Sverdrup will be removed in spring and an LED light will be mounted above the entrance after the ground thaws.
