People’s Center Cedar Riverside Clinic
The People’s Center Cedar Riverside Clinic provides low-cost services available by contract to Augsburg uninsured students ($5 co-pay to see a family physician) and insured students. The clinic accepts most insurance.
The People’s Center offers COVID-19 testing by appointment whether or not you have health insurance. People without an appointment may or may not be seen during testing hours. Please fill out this form once to be tested as many times as you need.
Note: It’s important to keep up with preventive health care at all times, especially during a pandemic. Augsburg isn’t able to host a flu shot event due to staffing shortages this year, but the People’s Center is providing flu vaccinations during its open hours and welcomes members of the Augsburg community to make an appointment to get their shot. You can schedule a time that works for your workday or class schedule. To make an appointment, call 612-332-4973 or visit https://www.peoples-

At-Home Testing and Other COVID-19 Testing Options
You can find more information on COVID-19 testing, including testing sites in Minnesota, on the Minnesota Department of Health COVID-19 Testing webpage. One of these testing sites is the Minneapolis Convention Center, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. on weekdays. Walk-ins are welcome, but you are encouraged to make an appointment if possible. You can schedule an appointment online.
Minnesotans are able to order two test kits (for a total of four tests) per home or campus mail address through an online ordering system. Minnesota has secured 500,000 test kits (for a total of 1 million at-home tests), and the program will be available until all the test kits are ordered.
