The staff member will complete a self appraisal which will be shared with you. Review the self-appraisal with the employee and record your feedback. Then you will sign the performance review and it will be sent back to the employee for their signature before being saved in their employee file.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Access_Saved_Webdocs_Forms_Approval_Requests\"><\/span>Access Saved Webdocs Forms, Approval Requests<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Human Resources uses Webdocs Forms for secure internal electronic signature and approval workflows, including Performance Reviews, Payroll Payment (stipend) requests, and direct deposit forms. You may receive automated emails requesting your signature or approval on these forms.
