However, if there are no elections to your Flexible Spending Accounts (healthcare, limited purpose, or dependent care) or Health Savings Account, your elections will be zero for the 2027 benefit year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Note: &#8220;Spouse \/ Domestic Partner&#8221; is no longer a combined category.
