The bi-weekly pay periods are two-week periods, beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday and ending at 12 midnight Saturday two weeks later. In a typical year there are 26 pay periods. Employees are paid on the Friday following the end of the pay period.<\/p>\n<p>Voluntary deductions for benefits premiums are taken on the first two pay dates of a month. There will be no deductions for benefit premiums on the third pay date of a month.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Payroll_Deadlines\"><\/span><strong>Payroll Deadlines<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Staff\"><\/span>Staff<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>All employee timesheets must be submitted after your shift ends at the end of the <span class=\"il\">payroll<\/span>\u00a0period (this will be Friday or Saturday biweekly, depending on your scheduled shifts)<\/strong>.\u00a0This\u00a0<span class=\"il\">deadline<\/span>\u00a0is critical to ensure timely and accurate\u00a0<span class=\"il\">payroll<\/span>\u00a0processing.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>All\u00a0<span class=\"il\">payroll<\/span>\u00a0forms must be submitted by Thursday at 12:00 PM<\/strong> before\u00a0<span class=\"il\">payroll<\/span>\u00a0week to make any changes to direct deposit, tax forms, and other benefits.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"il\">Payroll<\/span> will no longer be able to make edits or changes to employee timesheets after this time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Employees will need to communicate with their supervisor and <span class=\"il\">payroll<\/span> if any changes are required to their <span class=\"il\">timesheet<\/span> as soon as possible; however, this does not guarantee that changes can be made for the current <span class=\"il\">pay<\/span> date.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Supervisor_Approval\"><\/span>Supervisor Approval<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">All employee timesheets must be<strong> reviewed and approved by supervisors no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday mornings<\/strong>. This\u00a0<span class=\"il\">deadline<\/span>\u00a0is critical to ensure timely and accurate\u00a0<span class=\"il\">payroll<\/span>\u00a0processing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Supervisors are responsible for reviewing all employee time entries for accuracy and completeness by 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span class=\"il\">Payroll<\/span> will no longer be able to make edits or changes to employee timesheets after this time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Supervisors should also proactively communicate with their teams to ensure that employees submit their timesheets correctly, with sufficient time for review and approval. Choose the position. At the end of your shift just clock out.
