AAC has implemented two new Webdocs Forms following a trial period of the streamlined process during the 2025 Fall Semester<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

To submit a proposal for AAC review, click on the applicable form link below. Upon submission, the form is automatically routed through the review process for the required signatures. The review\/signature process indicates that the individual has reviewed the proposal; this does not necessarily indicate approval. After the required signatures are submitted, the form will be added to the next AAC meeting agenda<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

For large proposals that impact various courses, majors, or minors, it is helpful to the committee if the proposal contains a brief narrative writeup that summarizes the various aspects of the proposal.<\/span><\/p>\n
