Both directions of I-94 will also be reduced to two lanes between 11th Avenue South and Franklin Avenue Southeast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The lane and ramp closures are necessary to allow crews to build crossovers to shift traffic\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">during construction on I-94 in 2025.
