Construction is expected to last through November 2025. <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1z_2zwssvyVUmx1TyFxc8DwvEsbnoERRt\/view?usp=sharing\">View the project fact sheet here.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The project area includes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I-94 bridge (Dartmouth Bridge) that spans the Mississippi River\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Riverside Ave bridge over I-94\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I-94 over Cedar Ave\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I-94 over the Light Rail Transit (Blue Line)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I-94 over Hwy 55\/Hiawatha Ave\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">In fall 2024, motorists can expect overnight and some daytime lane closures on I-94 between downtown Minneapolis and the Franklin Ave bridge over I-94 to construct crossovers that will allow crews to shift traffic the following year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">During construction in 2025, motorists can expect I-94 to be reduced to two lanes in each direction between Hwy 55\/Hiawatha Ave and the Franklin Ave bridge over I-94.
