Please note that there is no other elevator in the building.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fire alarm maintenance will be January 4 and 5. The Facilities team is working directly with Residence Life to keep them informed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you see icy patches this winter, call Public Safety at 612-330-1717 and they will work with Facilities to address them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All staff, faculty and students must wear face coverings while in any common areas on Augsburg property. That includes study spaces in buildings such as Hagfors Center. Physical distancing protocols are in place as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/atlas.augsburg.edu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">put in a custodial request <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to refill gel hand sanitizer in building dispensers if they\u2019re empty as well as for more disinfectant wipes, towels, and spray for cleaning up common spaces in offices and similar shared spaces after use.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hand sanitizer tip: Use an eighth of a pump to avoid getting too much hand sanitizer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HEPA Air Purifiers are being used in classrooms and run 24 hours daily. These are not required and can be turned down or off during class and turned back on afterward.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HVAC systems are bringing in fresh air 24 hours a day.
