{"id":73,"date":"2014-08-21T18:37:06","date_gmt":"2014-08-21T18:37:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sites.augsburg.edu\/facilities\/?page_id=73"},"modified":"2019-12-05T17:58:20","modified_gmt":"2019-12-05T17:58:20","slug":"notices","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.augsburg.edu\/facilities\/notices\/","title":{"rendered":"Facilities Requests"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Emergencies<\/h2>\n<p>For a facilities emergency, call the Department of Public Safety at 612-330-1717, or from an internal phone, dial extension 1717.\u00a0 They will triage the emergency response.\u00a0 Examples of emergencies are: water somewhere where it should not be, power outage, something sparking, an immediate safety issue like icy steps.<\/p>\n<h2>All other facilities requests<\/h2>\n<p>For all other facilities requests, complete an on-line request.\u00a0 We strive to complete requests within five business days.<\/p>\n<a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/augnet.augsburg.edu\/protected\/administration\/facilities_management\/service_request\">Submit a facilities request<\/a>\n<h3>Submitting a request<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on \u2018Submit a Request\u2019 (left hand column)<\/li>\n<li>Answer each question on the form (the more information you can provide, the better).<\/li>\n<li>Submit the form.
