University Events offers a full-range of event planning services to student groups at Augsburg University. We seek to assist all student groups and organizations by equipping them with the resources to meet their goals within their budgets. The University Events office can assist with the following:

• Room/space scheduling
• Ordering of event equipment
• Audio/visual support
• Assistance with catering and meal planning
• Decór ideas and creation
• Budget planning
• Event ideas

The Auggie Life event form is required for the following events:

a) A dance, concert or speaker

b) open to the public

c) have one or more meal functions

d) involve a ticket or entry fee

e) Utilize any fundraising/auctions

f) are showing a movie or other copyrighted material or e) have an estimated attendance of over 25 people.
