Meeting or Small Event Criteria:
- Your event/meeting is attended primarily by on campus guests
- There are no Audio/Visual or special setups for your event/meeting
- You wish to have your event/meeting in one of the following locations: Augsburg Room, Cedar Room, Riverside Room, Marshall Room, Nelson Room, Oren Gateway 100, Oren Gateway 103, Oren Gateway 112, Lindell 301, Lindell 202 (8:00AM-5:30PM or during regular library hours.)
For all other events please begin the process by clicking the Internal Large Event Request button
To help us serve you better and make the most out of your event, please submit this form at least two weeks prior to your event date. Please note: requests are booked on a first-come, first-served schedule and are subject to availability and the University schedule.
