\"New\"\u25a0 Education Club Meeting: On Tuesday, April 19, from 4:30 to 5:30 pm there will be a second organizing meeting for an Education Student Organization in Lindell 301.\u00a0 <\/span>The goal is this meeting would be to begin constructing an organizational focus and plan for the 2016-17 school year.<\/p>\n

\"New\"\u25a0 <\/span>Paideia Program 2016 Summer Course Offerings for Grads and Undergrads: Looking for a summer education class to take?\u00a0 <\/span>The Augsburg Paideia Program is offering a summer institute, July 25-29, 2016 on the pedagogy of Paideia. Learn how to implement inquiry-based discussions with students at all grade levels and subject areas.<\/p>\n

INS 255-A: Paideia Approach: Thinking, Talking, and Reading is a 4 semester undergraduate course that includes the Paideia Institute. The ECS 543 course can be taken for either two or four graduate semester credits and can be counted as an elective course in the MAE program. Register online. \u25a0 2016 MTLE Preparation Sessions: The TC2 Collaborative has organized a series of MTLE review and preparation sessions scheduled starting in January and going through summer 2016. These sessions include basic math review, in-depth math review and reading and writing support.<\/p>\n

The mathematics support sessions are offered for any candidate needing a basic refresher on the math concepts on the test. The intensive sessions are for candidates needing more support in mathematics. You may take both. The reading and\/or writing sessions offer support for the reading and writing subtests.<\/p>\n
