There will be a gathering at the tree next Thursday, May 2nd from 4:00-4:30pm (on 7th Street between Sverdrup Hall and Lindell Library). All are welcome so please join us!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-767\" src=\"http:\/\/sites.augsburg.edu\/edstudents\/files\/2015\/02\/new-e1427485149836.png\" alt=\"New\" width=\"27\" height=\"27\" \/>\u25a0 Reading Bridge Needs Volunteers: The Children&#8217;s Librarian at the Mississippi Library in Fridley, MN runs a reading program called Reading Bridge for 1st through 3rd graders. The Mississippi branch is looking for reading mentors to volunteer this summer.\u00a0 The program runs for 8-12 sessions, once a week, for an hour each week with the same child. Apply through the Anoka County website and come in for an informal interview.
