Any student interested in any of these scholarships is invited to send to Cheryl Sticha (sticha@augsburg.edu) their name, contact information (phone and email), undergrad or graduate status, GPA, declared or intended major, scholarships being applied for and a brief paragraph stating qualifications for each scholarship for which the student is applying. Applicants are allowed to apply for any and all scholarships for which they qualify. The deadline for all applications is 4:30 pm on Friday, March 8, 2019. The Teach MSP Career Fair is inviting all teachers, school leaders and paraprofessionals to meet with principals for on-the-spot interviews. The event will address the issue of how data are being used to impact the lives of children and families in our communities. The speakers from Data for Black Lives will explore how data are increasingly used to develop predictive analytics about our children. Although St. Paul has ended the data sharing joint powers agreement between schools, police, and the attorney&#8217;s office due to community pushback, it is still vital that we educate ourselves about these initiatives. Invite your classmates! Registration is required. The NES reading and writing prep sessions at Augsburg University on 4\/1\/2019 &amp; 4\/8\/2019. For those of you who have not passed the NES exam or partially passed the NES exam, you can pick and choose which sessions to attend. We advise students to take the NES exam right after the prep sessions while the material is fresh in your mind. The event will be at the Saint Mary&#8217;s University of Minnesota Minneapolis Campus Event Center. The date is February 28th, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. &#8211; 2:30 p.m..<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Admission is free for students, families, and community organizers! We are reserving 150 spots for youth.
