ABOUT TRAINER<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tyrai Bronson is a passionate, energetic leader, facilitator, and trainer. Born and raised in Minneapolis, also spending time in Omaha, Nebraska for college, she is committed to making life better for myself, my family, and my community.<\/p>\n

Prior to founding LEEP Consulting, Tyrai served as the Vice President of Capacity Building for a national strategy firm and the Diversity & Inclusion Manager for a non-profit in the Twin Cities. Earlier in her career she had the privilege of building and practicing curriculum development skills while working in elementary school classrooms.<\/p>\n

Tyrai has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and has earned an Equity & Diversity certificate from the University of Minnesota. In 2016, Tyrai was awarded the Catalytic Leader Award by the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and became a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Intercultural Conflict Styles Inventory (ICS).<\/p>\n

TRAINING TITLE & DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n

TITLE:<\/strong> Noticing, Naming, and Navigating Through Our Identities<\/span><\/p>\n

DESCRIPTION:<\/strong> Participants will continue to build their understanding of how their identities impact their experiences across cultures both inside and outside of the university. Participants will also discover and explore connections between their current practices, the Intercultural Development Continuum (IDC), and their roles on campus. The overarching goal will be to practice new ways to notice, name, and navigate cultural similarities and differences through self-reflection and listening to and sharing experiences with colleagues.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
