In 2024 the university embarked on a continuous strategic enrollment planning effort in support of the core goal to become a medium sized university. \u00a0 Augsburg partnered with RNL and utilized guidance from the 3rd Edition of Strategic Enrollment Planning, A Dynamic Collaboration. Two important themes emerged from the 2024 SEP work; the importance of transparent 60 Day SEP Actions and the need for continuous campus wide ideation on enrollment growth possibilities that lead to 60 day actions.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logic behind 5,000 Auggies by 2030<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financial and enrollment assumptions that represent an achievable version of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grow<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as a sustainable university. <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><b><i>To not move is to leave us at substantial risk for challenges to our sustainability. The SEP Council is accountable for the progress made on transparent 60 day SEP actions.
